Book review of “General Average: Law and Practice”, third edition F.D. Rose

Book review by Jolien Kruit, published in the International Journal of Maritime Law, of the English practitioner General Average, Law and Practice by Prof. Francis Rose. It is concluded that the work is a useful reference book for, in particular, English general average cases and their insurance aspects, as the international playing field is not given much attention. It is argued that the third edition confirms that the book's status as one of the leading English books on general average is well deserved.
