Marko Jongkind

As of April 2023, Marko is working at Van Traa within the Insurance and Liability practice group.

Marko has been a lawyer since 2006 and had previously been with Van Traa for over five years. He specializes in insurance and liability law. Marko advises and litigates on professional liability and insurance fraud. He also deals with fire recourse and disputes under private disability insurance and other policies, such as AVB and CAR.

Marko completed the Grotius course in Business and Liability cum laude and publishes regularly in the field of insurance and liability law. He is also a member of the Association for Insurance Law and the Association for Liability and Tort Law.
