Evelyne Deldycke

From September 2024, Evelyne joined van Traa within the Transport & Logistics and Aviation sector teams. In her daily practice, Evelyne mainly deals with aviation matters. Evelyne obtained her master's degree in law from Ghent University (2020) and her master's degree in Advanced Studies in Air and Space Law (2021) from Leiden University. She also studied for a year at Radboud University where she obtained the civil effect (2024).

Evelyne developed a particular interest in aviation regulation. She wrote her master's theses on drone damage liability and drone air traffic regulation challenges. She also worked within Regulatory Affairs on a new legislative framework for electric aircraft and innovative air mobility.
