Dagmar Linstra
Lawyer
Dagmar has been working as a lawyer in the Insurance & Liability practice group since the beginning of 2020. She deals with disputes on a.o. liability law, liability insurance and property insurance. Furthermore, she gained experience in dealing with matters regarding public and regulatory law. She has a special affinity with complex cases in which the aforementioned legal areas intersect.
Previously, she worked at an international insurance company for two years. During that time, she gained experience as a claims handler for an (international) insurer specifically dealing with matters relating to employers’ liability, product liability and professional liability of notaries public and lawyers.
She completed the Master Civil Law at Leiden University in 2017. She studied at Trinity College Dublin at the beginning of 2017 during which she completed the course Comparative Product Liability.
Dagmar regularly publishes on insurance and liability law. She is a member of the editorial staff of the journal' case law for liability and insurance’ (RAV) for which she writes ‘hints’ on case law. Dagmar is a member of the association for insurance science (VvW) and Cobra1998.
