The ICC Banking Commission has conducted a pilot survey on the legal status of electronic bills of lading in ten jurisdictions. Van Traa Advocaten’s Marc van Maanen and Jolien Kruit have participated on behalf of the Netherlands. The report has been launched on 17 October 2018.
