Mooie vermeldingen Van Traa in Legal 500 en Chambers
Legal 500 en Chambers doen ieder jaar onderzoek naar de meest toonaangevende advocatenkantoren wereldwijd. Hun bevindingen zijn gebaseerd op interviews met duizenden advocaten en hun cliënten. Ook in de 2017 uitgave van Legal 500 en Chambers wordt Van Traa op diverse rechtsgebieden aangeprezen.
Transport
Zo wordt Van Traa vermeld in Legal 500 EMEA 2017 als Top-Tier firm op het gebied van Transport: 'Van Traa Advocaten’s department has experience in a variety of transport sectors, and excels in related insurance and trade matters. 'Very practical, effective' practice head Vincent Pool and Leendert van Hee have ‘great knowledge' and are ‘wonderful sparring partners’. Aviation expert Robert Pessers is also recommended."
Robert Pessers en Vincent Pool worden daarnaast vermeld als ‘leading individuals’ op het gebied van transport en ook Jolien Kruit wordt expliciet vermeld; zij wordt genoemd als de ‘Next generation Lawyer’ op het gebied van Transportrecht door Legal 500. Een mooie prestatie.
Ook Chambers is positief over Van Traa en onze advocaten. Over het team dat gespecialiseerd is in transportrecht, schrijven zij: “Respected boutique firm advising on shipping, aviation and public transport matters. Especially active on maritime incidents and ship arrests, as well as aviation litigation relating to crashes and passenger disputes. Noted expertise in insurance and liability claims, international trade and logistics issues. Ook de praktijkgroep Verzekerings- en aansprakelijkheidsrecht heeft eervolle vermeldingen mogen ontvangen, zowel in Legal500 als in Chambers.
Legal 500 schrijft over Van Traa: “Van Traa Advocaten is particularly strong in high-end liability cases in the transport sector. Department head Robert Pessers is ‘accurate, pleasant and thoroughly knowledgeable’.”.
Chambers vermeldt Van Traa als een: “Boutique firm which has expanded its insurance practice over the years.
